Alexus began her training with Ann Kunde at Ann’s School of Dance in her hometown Valley Center.  Moving to Temecula, she studied with Dana Nelson (Boston Ballet), Jose Chavez (Pittsburgh Ballet Theater) and Svetlana Waisman (Voronezh Opera) and performed principle roles with Svetlana’s Dance Academy.  Alexus has attended summer programs at City Ballet of San Diego, Ballet Austin and The Rock School , studying under teachers such as David Howard, Susan Jaffe, Isaac Hernandez and Gelsey Kirkland. She has performed leading roles in Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, Le Sylphide, Nutcracker and Snow White.
