Regan trained at the American Academy of Ballet under Maris Battaglia and The Neglia Conservatory of Ballet under Sergio Neglia. For her summer studies, she attended the Chautauqua Institution, Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, School of American Ballet Theatre, Boston Ballet and Alonzo King Lines. Regan graduated in May 2009 from The Meadows School of Arts at Southern Methodist University, with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and a minor in Psychology.
